I co-founded OutWeek Magazine with Kendall Morrison in 1989 and served as its editor-in-chief and co-publisher for two tumultuous years, during which time the brave little magazine forever altered the shape of gay journalism.

In 2008 I received a grant to digitize OutWeek and host the entire magazine on a website.
